Day 36 Athens to Mykonos

Walking off the ferry onto the island Mykonos was not what i expected. The place is barren, deserted and not at all the picture of paradise that i was expecting!!!! We all had to pile onto the shuttle that would take us to our camping ground.... It was called Paradise Beaching Camping, so there are high expectations!!!!

I must admit even though the place looked like a giant dry rock... it was quite beautiful and with all the traditonal greek houses and buildings it was quite amazing....

When we arrived at the camp ground it was just a short walk through a arch and boom the beach was right there... it was beautiful it kinda reminded me of Kaiteriteri Beach, but it wasnt really sand it was rocky and not as golden....

So it was dump the pack and jump in the water... it was so hot and the water was amazing!!!!

Ill have to come back to this... running out of internet time... i bet you cant wait till the next installment!!! Love ya
